These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the remi01 platform, including all games, betting products, promotions, and account services. Please read this document carefully before registering or placing any wager.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account on remi01 and to participate in any gaming or betting activity on the Platform. This requirement is strictly enforced at all stages of the account lifecycle, including registration, deposit, gameplay, and withdrawal. remi01 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement is not satisfied.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) remi01 account. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether in the same name, the same household, or using the same device or IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

To access the full range of remi01 services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted. This includes, at minimum, a valid username, a secure password, a working email address, and your date of birth. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. remi01 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You agree to notify remi01 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. remi01 will not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
All information you provide to remi01 must be truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration details — including but not limited to a false name, date of birth, or address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.
remi01 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where: (a) a breach of these Terms & Conditions is suspected or confirmed; (b) fraudulent, abusive, or collusive behaviour is detected; (c) a KYC request has not been satisfied within a reasonable period; or (d) the account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more. remi01 will provide reasonable notice where required by applicable law prior to exercising this right.
remi01 may require identity verification at any point, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal request, or when unusual account activity is detected. Completing KYC verification is a condition of continued account access and the processing of any withdrawal.
To complete KYC verification, you may be required to submit one or more of the following:
remi01 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 48 hours of receiving all required documentation. During a pending KYC review, withdrawals may be placed on hold. remi01 is not liable for any delay in withdrawal processing that results directly from an incomplete or pending KYC submission.
Note: All documents submitted for KYC verification are handled in strict accordance with remi01's Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for verification purposes and are stored securely with 256-bit SSL encryption.
remi01 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All account balances are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). remi01 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by account tier and payment method and are displayed within your remi01 account dashboard. remi01 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice.
Deposits via Indonesian e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically credited to your remi01 account within seconds. Bank transfer deposits (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and others) are generally credited within 5–15 minutes during standard banking hours. remi01 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking networks.
Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 15–30 minutes during operating hours (08:00–23:00 WIB). Diamond VIP members benefit from expedited processing of under 5 minutes during the same window. Withdrawals requested outside of operating hours will be queued and processed at the start of the next operating window. remi01 reserves the right to delay any withdrawal pending a KYC review or fraud investigation.
You may only deposit funds from and withdraw funds to payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Any funds received from or sent to a third-party payment account may be held pending investigation and may be forfeited if the source cannot be verified to remi01's satisfaction.
If your remi01 account remains inactive (no login, deposit, or wager) for a continuous period of 12 months, remi01 may classify it as dormant and apply a monthly administrative fee of Rp 10.000, deducted from any available balance. You will be notified by email prior to any such deduction. Any remaining balance in a dormant account can be withdrawn by contacting remi01 support.
remi01 offers various promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion and to the general terms set out in this clause. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly on the promotion page. For example, a bonus of Rp 100.000 subject to a 30x wagering requirement must generate a total wagering volume of Rp 3.000.000 before any withdrawal can be processed against that bonus.
Bonuses are available to eligible Members only and may be limited to one per person, household, IP address, or device. remi01 reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a Member qualifies for any given promotion. Abuse of bonus systems — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing low-risk hedged bets to meet wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional mechanics — will result in cancellation of the bonus, reversal of associated winnings, and may lead to permanent account closure.
Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements expire as specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Expired Bonus Funds will be removed from your account balance without notice. It is your responsibility to be aware of the expiry terms applicable to any bonus you accept.
remi01 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes will not affect bonuses already accepted and in active use by a Member at the time of the change, provided the Member continues to comply with the applicable bonus terms.

remi01 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed on an event whose outcome is already known, where the odds offered were the result of a manifest error, or where suspicious betting patterns are detected. Winnings derived from bets placed in error or in bad faith may be withheld.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, remi01 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if remi01 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
remi01's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their remi01 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
remi01 is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or failures of any third-party payment processor, game studio, or technology provider, including any disruption to deposit or withdrawal services caused by BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, or any other payment partner.
remi01's collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by the remi01 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering a remi01 account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which remi01 is incorporated. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably through remi01's internal complaints process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction. remi01 operates as an internationally licensed and regulated gaming platform; Members accessing the Platform from Indonesia do so on the basis that they accept personal responsibility for compliance with any applicable local laws.
remi01 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, remi01 will provide notice via the email address registered to your account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days prior to the change taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept a material amendment, you must close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the change takes effect.
